Atlanta Creative Design Group (ACDG) provides customer service via email and phone support in a timely and professional manner. Following established guidelines, we offer customers the necessary answers, solutions, and resolutions. ACDG will also manage and process all customer return packages efficiently. 

•Merchant Account Chargeback Claims

Chargebacks are formal complaints submitted to credit card companies by customers disputing a purchase. If granted access and authority by the merchant processor, ACDG staff will handle all chargeback claims. We will process claims promptly and make every reasonable effort to resolve and win each dispute.
