Atlanta Creative Design Group (ACDG) offers a fully managed warehouse operation to store and fulfill your orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, we provide local access to your inventory and our dedicated team support. You’ll have the option of daily or weekly communication with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

This service is available à la carte or as part of our comprehensive service packages. Below are the specific tasks and responsibilities of our team:

Receiving Inventory

Clients can ship or deliver inventory to the ACDG warehouse at their expense. All shipments must include a packing slip and adhere to ACDG’s specified guidelines. 

Barcode

To accurately manage and track inventory, ACDG will provide a barcode system to label all your items. Upon delivery, our staff will accurately receive, barcode, and store all merchandise.

• Inventory Storage

ACDG offers secure and monitored storage for your products. Our trained staff will handle, organize, and manage your merchandise with care.

• Product Care & Liability

ACDG provides limited insurance coverage for the wholesale value of merchandise stored in our warehouse. We recommend our clients add ACDG as an additional warehouse location to ensure full coverage of consigned merchandise. Pick, Pack, and Ship: Each business day, we review pending orders and move them to processing status, where they are picked, packed, and shipped.

• Print and Prepare Daily Orders for Processing

We generate a packing list and invoice for each order, preparing it for warehouse picking.

• Fraud Prevention

Our multistep process flags potential fraudulent orders. This includes Authorize.net’s fraud filters, IP location tracking, address matching, proof of ID for larger orders, and signature confirmation. We will establish fraud prevention rules specific to the client’s website to optimize profit while minimizing losses.

• Pick & Pack

ACDG staff will accurately locate and pull the items for each order. The contents will be scanned and packed according to any specific instructions. Once scanned, the order is charged and funds are captured.

• Shipping

Packages are sealed, and our system generates a postage label for application. All packages are properly packaged, sealed, and handled for safe delivery. 

•Customer Service and Returns

ACDG provides customer service via email and phone support, offering timely and reputable assistance. Based on established guidelines, we will address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and handle returns. 

•Merchant Account Chargeback Claims

ACDG staff will manage all chargeback claims from the merchant processor if access and authority are granted. We process claims promptly and make every effort to resolve them successfully. 

•Freight and Delivery Services

Clients are responsible for any free shipping or promotional shipping offers provided to end users. ACDG provides standard packaging for items shipped to end users. All costs will be billed to the client in the stated shipping fees.
